Biking

Exmoor National Park has over 400 miles of bridleways and endless miles of quiet country roads which take you through picturesque villages, heather clad moors, ancient woodland and spectacular sea views.

There are biking routes for every skill level - starting on the door steps of The Old Stables. Medieval Dunster village with its imposing castle is only 2.5 miles away, the thatched cottages of Selworthy 3.5 miles away - or go for the mighty 60-mile Exmoor circular cycle route from Minehead to Porlock, Lynmouth, Simonsbath, Exford, Wheddon Cross, Washford and back to Minehead.

Books and maps on selected bike routes are available in every room at the Old Stables.
